Indicative Content and Learning Activities
Defined Research ProjectThe student will choose a research project from a list submitted by academic staff. Having undertaken the Literature Survey module (BE489a) in semester I, the student will have researched the background to the project The student will spend 20-25 hours per week for an 8-week period undertaking the project in the research laboratory managed by their academic supervisor. At the end of this period, the student will present their results at a series of seminars to an audience of their peers and academic staff..
