Díreoidh an modúl seo ar cheisteanna a bhaineann leis an ríomhthráchtáil agus na himpleachtaí a bhaineann leis don eagras atá ag iarraidh láthair ar líne a fhorbairt. Déanfaidh an mac léinn measúnú ar an láthair ar líne atá ag eagras chomh maith le staidéar ar na coincheapa agus teoiricí cuí. Bíonn ról gníomhach ag an mac léinn sa mhodúl seo agus moltar go nglacfaidh an mac léinn páirt i léachtanna, saotharlanna agus seimineáir an mhodúil seo (ar campas nó ar líne)
