Description



Learning Outcomes

1. LO1 Analyse and describe nuances that affect meaning in L1 and L2.
2. LO2 Demonstrate an understanding of transferring meaning across L1 and L2.
3. LO3 Translate a variety of short texts into L1 and L2 using different resources.
4. LO4 Identify and provide solutions to translation difficulties in an adequate manner, and applying creative solutions if necessary.
5. LO5 Reflect on theoretical and applied aspects on language, linguistics, and translation.
6. LO6 Demonstrate sustained engagement in projects based on collaborative translation through practice.
