1. Reflect in depth on their personal leadership journey and development needs
2. Develop insights from their learning journey across the MSc for their personal leadership development
3. Assess the implications of observer assessment centre feedback for their personal leadership development
4. Apply careers models and frameworks to the development of their own career
5. Assess their career situation and plot proactive career plans
