Description To give future managers and personnel specialists information needed to choose efficient tools for selection and assessment;train future personnel specialist and human resource specialist in the use, development and assessment of tests and other techniques used for selection and recruitment, internal and external. This module will enable students to discern the critical developments in the area of selection and assessment; to cull the fads from the methods of rigour. Tools are assessed for their validity, reliability and practical value. Students are made familiar with tests to evaluate these tools.
