Description

This module will be an opportunity for individuals to take responsibility and ownership of the development of their careers as part of a process of lifelong growth and learning. The module is a highly practical and hand on module. Participants will develop an individual profile, identifying competency gaps and developing an action plan to address those gaps.

Learning Outcomes

1. Evaluate the different career options open to them
2. Identify a career option and a plan to achieve employment in this career
3. Develop a personalised CV, profile and Interview pitch
4. Have a better understanding of work styles and personal preferences
