Description

All training organisations operating under EASA have two components of knowledge required to become an air traffic controller (ATCO). First, a student is given basic and rating training with a core coverage of 1. Aviation law 2. Aviation traffic management 3. Meteorology 4. Aircraft &amp; principles of flight 5. Understanding between controller & pilot 6. Human factors 5. Equipment & systems 6. Professional environment 7. Safety & safety culture 6. Safety management systems 7. Emergencies 8. Degraded systems.
