Description

This module provides undergraduate students with an in-depth understanding of the principles and practices of project management, with a focus on applying ethical and sustainable considerations. Students learn about the key concepts and tools used in project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure and apply these skills in real-world scenarios. Additionally, students will explore the ethical and sustainability issues that arise in project management and learn how to incorporate these considerations into their decision-making processes. Through a combination of lectures, case studies, group work, and tutorials, students will understand how to manage projects responsibly and sustainably. Throughout the course, students will apply the concepts and tools they have learned through the use of Harvard Project Management simulations. These simulations will provide students with hands-on experience in managing real-world projects, allowing them to put their newly acquired skills into practice.
