Description

The aim of this module is to advance students’ expertise in rehabilitation of the physically active to facilitate their return to performance or work, following an injury. This module will incorporate workshops in a range of rehabilitation topics applicable to them. The students will be also required to organise, manage, attend and lead a rehabilitation clinic every week throughout the semester.

Learning Outcomes

1. Organise, manage, and lead the rehabilitation clinic.
2. Develop expertise in evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and rehabilitation planning to maximise return to play or work.
3. Design, present, implement, and critique evidence-based rehabilitation programmes for the physically active.
