Description This is a blended learning module which seeks to foster the capacity for awareness, reflection and self-assessment. Learners will be exposed to a variety of tools and techniques assessing personal learning styles, strengths, bias, cultural understanding, well-being and the management of technology. Through completion of digital badges, learners will better understand their own strengths and identify opportunities for improved self-management, while reflective exercises will expose learners to a variety of career experiences.
