Description This module is conducted predominantly through French in line with CEFR A2 level and supporting the aims of the Primary Language Curriculum. Throughout the course, students will perform individual and collaborative tasks to build on existing knowledge. This module particularly emphasises intercultural competence, and reinforces oral and written skills and digital literacy. By increasing awareness and knowledge of key cultural aspects of the French-speaking world, it seeks to develop students’ ability to function effectively across cultures, think and act appropriately, and communicate and work with people from different cultural backgrounds. The learners will be encouraged to apply these acquired abilities in their future teaching. Through multimodal tools the students will be guided to monitor and to reflect on their learning. They will be supported to continue to build personalised learning strategies in order to become autonomous learners. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
