Learning Outcomes 1. Understand the principles of nutrition assessment of adults in the clinical setting 2. Comprehend the dietary management of a patient with diabetes 3. Be familiar with the dietary management of a patient with cardiovascular disease 4. Be familiar with the dietary management of a patient with stroke 5. Appreciate the principles of the dietary management of patients with gastrointestinal 6. Appreciate the principles of the dietary management of patients with gastrointestinal disease (e.g. conditions related to the stomach, liver, pancreas, gall-bladder, inflammatory bowel disease) 7. Understand the dietary management of a patient with different forms of cancers 8.
