Learning Outcomes
1. Analyse and interpret factors that influence physical activity and sedentary behaviour. 2. Locate and synthesise behaviour change literature, examining psychosocial, cultural, and environmental considerations. 3. Critically evaluate intervention design, measurement and evaluation principles in the context of physical activity and health research. 4. Conduct an appropriate intervention programme and evaluate its effectiveness.
