Description The module examines international trade and the integration and disruption of global markets and Institutions. An analysis of the economic, political and legal factors that shape the age of Globalization come under consideration, as does the relevant data that International managers can utilize to inform better decision making. As trade increasingly crosses new borders, particularly those of developing economies, a focus of the module is on how managers respond to new challenges within the business and societal context and ensure greater sustainability of operations and resources. In accordance, the module examines the role of building and managing sustainable strategic alliances with a focus on common goals and more sustainable business practices. Additionally, efforts and approaches to build in sustainable practices through focusing on both CSR and ethical initiatives will be discussed and highlighted within the module.
