Description The management report is a capstone assignment during which students undertake research into an aspect of HRM that has the potential to make a contribution to improvements in organisational performance. The management report brings together the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during the course of the taught element of the programme and is underpinned by the module 'Researching HRM'.
