Description
This module provides an overview of the reasons for and principles of developing emergency preparedness plans and discusses the main issues that such plans should address. The module aims to provide students with an understanding of planning, command and control considerations in developing a Major Emergency Plan. It also aims to develop student appreciation of the role of training and exercising in testing and validating a plan in order to develop preparedness.
