Description
To develop applied skills in participants pertaining to their world of practice in organisational behaviour, organisational psychology and consulting. In particular the module will prepare participants to view multiple aspects of organisational psychology and behaviour from an ethical perspective as set out in PSI Ethical Guidelines. Competencies required for effective internal and external consulting are identified and assessed. The challenges and opportunities presented by the changing future of work are explored, and differential strategies for successful career management in this new context are developed.
