Description
This module will equip students with insights and skills to work effectively in teams and their personal management and leadership skills. The module will provide students with opportunities to identify key areas for personal development and support their efforts to achieve this change.

Learning Outcomes
1. Assess the effectiveness of their teamwork and apply strategies for effective teamworking 2. Demonstrate presentation skill competence 3. Evaluate feedback on their management competencies to identify development priorities 4. Set medium term personal development goals and take actions to progress these 5. Critically evaluate ethical considerations in applied work setting
