Description

Learning Outcomes
1. Define strategic issues, by critically reflecting on existing theories and conceptual frameworks and apply such lessons in the application of a strategic project; 2. Exhibit analytical and decision-making skills for dealing with complex conceptual
organisational problems and leading strategic change, and the ability to apply these skills in an ethical manner; 3. Assess the role of value innovation in the development of strategic thinking; 4. Evaluate and apply key attributes sought by companies in the engagement of management consultants including interpersonal skills, time management, commercial awareness, initiative within ambiguity, independent learning and team collaboration skills, and effectively communicate the outcomes to stakeholders.
