stakeholders.
Policy National and international policies
Leadership and Change Management Change management and leadership; quality improvement approaches, models and frameworks. Describing the change, making the
arguments, financial and strategic goals. the characteristics of transformational leadership and its effects on groups. creating environments
where change is seen as a positive benefit to all. Supporting teams with empathy and optimism, making and embedding change. Lewin’s
change model and Kotter’s 8 step theory.
Person and public engagement Patient and public involvement in service development; stakeholder engagement in service development
