Description This module focuses on the theory and practice of clinical supervision. Candidates will engage in a critical reflection of the dominant theoretical approaches, conceptual models and modes of clinical supervision. Research studies examining approaches, processes, relationships and efficacy in supervision will be critically analysed. Dominant perspectives on clinical supervision practice will be critically examined in the context of real world supervisory environments.
