Description
This module aims to advance students skills in interpreting, communicating and disseminating research findings in both academic and non-academic settings. Students will not only put their findings into context within current literature at the forefront of learnings, but will also apply them to clinical practice. They will learn essential skills in the dissemination of findings in a variety of mediums to maximise patient and applied population engagement and education. Students will also attend an in house SHHP postgraduate research conference and will be encouraged to attend external postgraduate conferences to disseminate and robustly defend their research findings.

Learning Outcomes
1. Interpret new knowledge through original research of a quality to satisfy peer review. 2. Effectively communicate and defend research findings in a manner appropriate to academic and non-academic audiences. 3. Disseminate research findings in a clinically applied manner to the population of interest.
