Learning Outcomes
1. Describe the physiological principles and techniques of soft tissue and manual therapies, including but not limited to, massage, trigger point release, myofascial release techniques and mobilisations 2. Select and demonstrate the appropriate soft tissue techniques or manual therapy in the management, and prevention, of injury and response to exercise. 3. Evaluate the role of soft tissue and manual therapy in preparation for, and recovery from, exercise
