Module Aims
Module Aims: 7To provide students with an appreciation of the psychological factors related to sport, exercise and well-being. Students will become familiar with relevant theoretical frameworks, current sport and exercise literature and pertinent measurement instruments employed in the sport domain. 7To promote independent study, group work, critical appraisal of research, oral and written presentation skills.

Learning Outcomes
Learning Outcomes: After successful completion of this module students will be able to: 1.Demonstrate an understanding of the link between psychological theoretical frameworks and sport psychology interventions. 2.Demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking to the evaluation of primary research in sport psychology. 3.Demonstrate the ability to integrate and apply knowledge of sport and exercise psychology in both written and oral format.
