Module Aims
To give future managers and personnel specialists information needed to choose efficiency tools for selection and assessment; train the future personnel specialist and human resource specialist in the use, development and assessment of tests and other techniques used for selection and recruitment, internal and external.

Learning Outcomes
7 Students will have reviewed the array of recruitment and selection models and techniques commonly utilised. 7 Students will be able to interpret organisational selection and recruitment requirements and table detailed proposals relevant to cases given. 7 Students will have a full understanding of the advantages and weaknesses of various selection and assessment tools.
