Module Aims
To enable students to undertake a research project in the field of Biotechnology. To develop skills in laboratory or computational research. To develop skills in presentation and analysis of the results of scientific research.

Learning Outcomes
Students should be able to:· develop new experimental or computational methods· identify and solve problems in experimental design · accurately record experimental data· plan experiments competently· analyse and interpret results competently· critically discuss results· present results in a clear and concise manner· use information sources competently.
