Learning Outcomes 1. isolate, quantitate and analyse nucleic acid preparations from various sources 2. qualitatively analyse selected DNA sequences using methods including restriction endonuclease analysis, Polymerase Chain Reaction, and electrophoresis 3. isolate and characterise polyclonal antibodies and conjugate antibodies with enzyme labels | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
