Learning Outcomes 1. Critique the nature of the selection and assessment environment 2. Evaluate the various techniques of assessing applicants for positions in organisations 3. Explain the nature and processes of job analysis as the fundamental starting point of selection and assessment activities 4. Interpret the implications of validity and reliability issues for the testing context 5.
