This module seeks to introduce students to Chinese literature and to familiarise them with some of its key concepts.

Learning Outcomes

1. Analyse basic Chinese literary texts.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the main issues discussed in texts.
3. Identify some key concepts in Chinese literature.
4. Discuss a Chinese literary text and argue a point of view.
