Description

To introduce students to the operation of the Irish political system and in so doing, enable the students to understand the operation of political systems more generally.

Learning Outcomes

1. - students will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the Irish political system and current affairs - students will have experience developing and defending policy proposals in written form - students will develop analytical skills which will allow them to consider an academic puzzle and develop and critically examine possible solutions to these puzzles
