Description Managing effective and efficient Supply and Service Chains is a crucial element for gaining competitive advantage. This module gives students a comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of Service and Supply Chain Management. It provides insight into the broad range of activities concerned with Service Management and how its integrated into supply chain management as the intersection between the actual sales and the customer point of view. Learning Outcomes 1. Justify the importance of SCM and how SCM affects the economy and enterprises. 2. Identify key issues and concepts in developing a supply chain strategy and plan for Manufacturing and Service Industry 3.
