Learning Outcomes

1. Understand the process of genome annotation; access biological data from different genome browsers and databases
2. Determine the linkage disequilibrium structure of a genetic locus
3. Perform a genetic association analysis
4. Design a gene cloning experiment
5. Estimate homology using computational methods
6. Retrieve sequence data and calculate multiple sequence alignments

Access genotype data to determine haplotype structure and design an efficient genetic association study.
