To provide students with a forum for planning and developing the Final Major project.

Learning Outcomes

1. Describe the theoretical frameworks underpinning project management.
2. Recognise ethical and legal issues arising from multimedia product development and know where to locate guidance on such issues.
3. Produce a plan for a major project with an appropriate timeline.
4. Scope and scale a mixed media project identifying personnel, skills needed and time available.
5. Develop strategies for the management of a mixed media project team.
