Learning Outcomes 1. understand the key theories regarding the role of law in the process of European integration; 2. critically assess and analyse the complex and nuanced nature of the constitutional and institutional structure of the EU legal order; 3. A detailed understanding of recent constitutional developments in European law and integration in their political context 4.
