Learning Outcomes 1. LO1 Understand main points from authentic textual and audio-visual sources in German on selected topics. 2. LO2 Express him-/herself coherently in simple writing on both familiar topics and some beyond his/her immediate personal experience, and show awareness of some text type conventions, such as personal email, blog entry, news article etc. 3. LO3 Communicate reasonably fluently orally on both familiar topics and some beyond their immediate personal experience, such as societal developments and cultural production in the German-speaking countries, and to express own points of view. Draw on relevant and appropriate vocabulary to express him-/herself on topics concerning German-speaking culture, popular culture, and related topics with some circumlocutions. 4. LO4 Demonstrate a good understanding of intermediate language and structures in order to communicate efficiently in a variety of contexts. 5. LO5 Make effective use of digital tools and resources for language learning and language use (spoken and written), including searching and retrieving relevant and reliable information. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
