Description This module will be an opportunity for individuals to take responsibility and ownership of the development of their careers as part of a process of lifelong growth and learning. The module is a highly practical and hand on module. Participants will develop an individual profile, identifying competency gaps and developing an action plan to address those gaps. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Learning Outcomes 1. Evaluate the different career options open to them 2. Identify a career option and a plan to achieve employment in this career 3.
