Description To develop applied skills appropriate to the roles that graduates of the MWOP/B Programme typically perform in contemporary organisations. In particular the module will prepare participants to view multiple aspects of organisational psychology and behaviour from an ethical perspective as set out in PSI Ethical Guidelines. Competencies required for effective internal and external consulting are identified and assessed. The challenges and opportunities presented by the changing future of work are explored, and differential strategies for successful career management in this new context are developed. Skills applicable to conflict management in today's work context are assessed and developed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
