Description Globalization and digitalization are converging with enormous consequences for strategy. Industry structures are being redefined resulting in changes to the nature of competition. Global organisations are looking beyond their value chains towards ecosystems to harness enduring competitive advantage whilst leaders increasingly look to digital platforms to execute their strategies and access global opportunities and markets. This module will explore strategy tools and techniques to develop the ability to formulate and critically evaluate strategies of internationally operating organisations for their sustained success.
