Learning Outcomes

1. Use personal insight to consider one’s own traits and behaviours and reflect upon when to employ these appropriately.
2. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of one’s own and others’ cultural worldview and how implicit biases shape perceptions, understanding and interactions.
3. Develop self-awareness of values, interests, knowledge, skills and strengths in the context of one’s career choices.
