Description This dynamic first-year module equips psychology students with essential skills for academic success and future career readiness. Learning Outcomes 1. Identify and reflect upon one's personal attributes 2. Demonstrate knowledge of strategies that support resilience and adaptability 3. Understand and demonstrate a growth mindset when engaging with challenges and opportunities 4. Demonstrate the ability to make informed decisions to facilitate adapting to change 5.
