Module Aims:
This module aims to teach the student:
How to create and maintain clinical records.
How to use the principles and techniques of logic and problem solving techniques in history taking and clinical assessment of injuries.
The principles and techniques of clinical assessment of spine and upper limb injuries with a view to making an accurate diagnosis.

1. Describe and apply the principles and techniques of creating and maintaining clinical records 2.
