Description
The purpose of this module is to immerse students in a new aviation environment for a minimum of 4 months. This module has two options for completion – placement in an aviation business or exchange with a partner aviation management programme in European Business School (EBS) in Germany.
Students will be expected to integrate fully into their new environment and to function as employees/students of these new organisations. In taking this module it is intended that students gain the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned previously during their course in what is a new cultural situation. Students attending EBS must take 30 credits of modules relevant to their DCU programme. Both work placement and exchange are recorded as “Pass” or “Fail”.
