To provide the student with an understanding of modelling and analysis techniques for signals and systems

Learning Outcomes

1. Derive and calculate an expression for the frequency response of a LTI system.
2. Simulate frequency responses.
3. Perform Fourier analysis of continuous and discrete-time signals and systems.
4. Compute the time-domain response of continuous and discrete-time systems
5. Introduction to probability
