Description

This module provides participants with insight and understanding of the range of business challenges facing organisations in their local and global context, and of the different strategies adopted in response. Participants engage in a residential weekend involving multiple site visits to a variety of organisations, to be directly exposed to a range of management and leadership practices for sustainable and responsible business.

Field Trips to Irish Operations
Site visits to Irish operations or Irish subsidiaries of MNCs and presentations on management challenges will demonstrate real world dilemmas.
