Description
This module develops productive and receptive language skills and builds on the preceding Year 1 modules GER1002 and GER1003. Students will consolidate existing linguistic knowledge and be introduced to a range of new grammatical structures, vocabulary and cultural content. The module is structured around international German-as-a-foreign-language teaching materials but also incorporates some authentic materials relating to current political, social, and cultural issues as appropriate. Materials used in this module are mainly pitched at CEFR level A2/B1.
