Description

This module has two key aims. First, it is designed to develop understanding and skill in the administration, use and application of psychometric testing in the workplace. The module is also designed to support the development of analytic skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis with the view to supporting dissertation completion for HR517.

Learning Outcomes

1. Develop an understanding of the application of psychometric testing in the workplace
2. Develop skills in administering and providing feedback on psychometric testing of cognitive ability and aptitude in the workplace
3. Apply research methods knowledge to the analysis of quantitative and/or qualitative data
