Learning Outcomes

1. Students are expected to gain the possible outcomes from this module as - 1. Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM): Define BPM and explain its significance in organizational performance. Understand the lifecycle of business processes, including design, modeling, implementation, monitoring, and optimization. 2. Analytical Skills: Develop analytical skills to identify and evaluate business processes for improvement. Apply various tools and techniques for process analysis and optimization. 3. Innovation Management: Explore the role of innovation in business processes. Understand how to integrate innovation into existing processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 4. Strategic Thinking: Link BPM with organizational strategy and objectives. Formulate strategies for aligning business processes with overall business goals. 5. Change Management: Gain skills in managing organizational change related to process improvements. Understand the human and cultural aspects of implementing BPM initiatives. 6. Performance Measurement: Develop skills in measuring and evaluating the performance of business processes using key performance indicators (KPIs).
