The use of the computer as a creative tool A module designed to develop a thorough understanding of the use of the computer as a creative tool through such techniques as: - Use of sequencing software - Editing MIDI, - Effective use of quantizing, looping, instrument assignment and layout. - Use of notation software - Score creation, - Score layout, - Note entry and editing, - Use of repeat signs and rehearsal letters, articulations, - Chord symbol entry and page layout. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
