Module Aims

The aim of this module is to present a clear and comprehensive picture of organisational change and development so that studesnts will acquire the knowledge and skill required to managae change more effectively.

This module will equip students with a set of tools used to 'measure' organisations and their preparedness for and possibilities of change. Different origins of change require different actions. Students will be able to identify the factors one must consider in any change initiative. Reworking the skills and attitudes of staff will also be treated.



Learning Outcomes
To understand the multiple perspectives from which organizational change and development may be viewed and be able to advise on, initiate and implement successful organizational transformation.
