Discuss and critique significant factors in planning successful projects 3. Comprehend conventional, agile and hybrid approaches to project management 4. Critically analyse aspects of project management that can contribute to overall project failure 5. Understand how to plan, estimate and analyse project times, costs and risks 6. Explain and identify critical path and total slack, resource levelling and resource-limited scheduling 7.
